Medway Community Estates is an established public private partnership company operating exclusively within the boundaries of the Medway Unitary Authority.

The primary function of Medway Community Estates is to stimulate and provide investment in NHS and Local Authority Infrastructure to improve health and social care outcomes in areas which have historically been under invested such as primary and community care and where inequality of care provision is evident.

Building on the successful development and operation of the existing portfolio of new buildings,  Medway Community Estates aspire to expand its’ skill base in estate and facilities management and offer its’ NHS and Local Authority partners whole estate solutions to ensure there is a sustainable and efficient use of public sector assets for the foreseeable future.
