Delivering Capital Works Programmes      

MCE can offer a fixed fee for project management services and related procurement of contractors to deliver small or large capital works programmes.  This provides an all-inclusive design and project management solution together with an open book supply chain procurement package.

This all-inclusive package facilitates commissioners and providers to undertake their upgrades, backlog programmes, compliance works and deliver new projects to time and to budget.

To ensure commissioners achieve value for money, MCE’s fee is fixed and all design and contractor appointments are tendered and jointly selected on an open book basis.  This is very helpful when capital is being drawn down and controlled for each financial year.

Providing Support Service to GP Practices and NHS Providers

MCE has GP practices and community health providers as tenants and occupiers in their buildings. Having experience with working with health care providers is a good foundation to assist them with a full range property advice.  This can be useful to process Improvement Grants and dealing with rent reimbursement issues, fee and allowances.

Fixed fee proposals will be offered.

Assist in Procurement and Outsourcing

Where commissioners and providers are looking to renew or place new service contracts or service level agreements, MCE can apply their experience in procurement and contract management to drive efficiency savings and avoid costly interface mismatches.

MCE will offer a fixed fee to set up, tender, negotiate and undertake post evaluation appraisals.  MCE is confident from past experience that they will more than compensate for their fee in the cost efficiencies they will make in the placements of contracts.
